
German nautical charts (Seekarten) are the official paper charts issued by the BSH, Germany's federal maritime and hydrographic agency. They cover the German North Sea and Baltic coasts including the East and North Frisian Islands, the Elbe, Weser and Ems estuaries, the Kiel Canal and the approaches to the German ports.
These charts are printed on demand by the BSH in Rostock and ordered individually for you after your purchase, so they are not available from stock — please allow additional delivery time.
In return you receive a chart printed from the current chart database, with the latest notices to mariners (NfS – Nachrichten für Seefahrer) already applied.
Swedish nautical charts (sjökort) are the official paper charts issued by Sjöfartsverket, Sweden's national maritime administration and hydrographic office. They cover the Swedish coast and archipelagos, the Baltic and Kattegat approaches, and the major lakes.
Sjöfartsverket does not offer a Print on Demand service. These charts are published in fixed print editions, which we order for you individually after your purchase.
You will always receive the current published edition; between editions, charts are kept up to date through the official notices to mariners (Ufs – Underrättelser för sjöfarande).
Finnish nautical charts (merikartat) are the official paper charts issued by Traficom, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency, which acts as Finland's national hydrographic office. They cover the Gulf of Finland, the Archipelago Sea and Åland, the Gulf of Bothnia as well as the inland waterways of the Saimaa lake system.
Traficom does not offer a Print on Demand service. These charts are published in fixed print editions, which we order for you individually after your purchase.
Updates between editions are published through the official notices to mariners (Tiedonantoja merenkulkijoille / Underrättelser för sjöfarande)

BHMW is Poland's national hydrographic office and issues the official Polish nautical charts (mapy morskie) for the Baltic coast, the Gulf of Gdańsk, the Bay of Pomerania and the Szczecin and Vistula Lagoons.
These charts are published in fixed print editions rather than Print on Demand.
